1) Enquiry - give us a call or send us a message to begin your wedding journey.
2) Brainstorming Call - provide us with all of your ideas so we can get an understanding of requirements and pricing.
3) Quotation and Proposal - we will send you an estimate quotation and event proposal.
4) Site Visit - we complete the site visit before the tasting as menus may need to be altered due to the space and facilities.
5) Tasting - the best part of the planning. A complementary wedding tasting where we get to refine and adjust options.
6) Contract & First Payment - to secure the date and ensure you are happy to move forward.
7) Logistics Meeting - one or more planning sessions to confirm and finalise all plans.
8) Confirmation - all details are confirmed and finalised such as; guest numbers, table plans and dietary requirements.
9) Final Payment - usually due one month before the big day.
10) Show Time - let’s have the best day ever!
